Our team manually reviews every application within 3–5 business days. We verify that applicants are genuine, active tourism professionals. You will receive an email notification once reviewed. If approved, your account is activated and you can log in to the member portal immediately.

Membership can be paid securely online by credit or debit card at the time of application. Bank transfer is also available — our team will send an invoice after approval. No sensitive card data is ever stored on our servers.

Membership includes: a verified partner listing in the IMC directory (with ✓ badge), access to direct contact details of fellow member companies, invitations to international exhibitions (WTM London, ITB Berlin, Arabian Travel Market), hosted buyer programme participation, discounts on enterprise tech services via OpsMind Technologies, monthly market intelligence reports, and a personalised digital membership certificate.

Yes. Once your membership is active, you can download a personalised digital certificate from your member portal. The certificate carries a unique certificate number and QR code that anyone can scan to instantly verify its authenticity on our public verification page.

The standard membership covers one company profile. If you operate multiple brands or offices and would like separate directory listings, please contact our team — we handle group and chain memberships on a case-by-case basis.

Membership is annual — billed once per year. There is no long-term contract or minimum commitment beyond the current year. Members can choose not to renew at the end of their membership period.

If we are unable to approve your application, you will receive an email explaining why. Common reasons include insufficient company information or not meeting our B2B tourism professional criteria. You are welcome to reapply with updated information.
