Membership FAQs
Any professional or company operating in tourism — DMCs, hotels, travel agencies, airlines, MICE companies, tour operators, car rental firms, or tourism boards. We serve businesses worldwide and international companies with regional interests.
There is no online payment gateway. Once your application is approved (3–5 business days), our team contacts you to arrange annual invoicing via bank transfer. This is standard for professional B2B memberships.
The standard membership covers one company profile. If you operate multiple brands or offices and want separate directory listings, please contact our team to discuss options — we handle group and chain memberships on a case-by-case basis.
If we are unable to approve your application, you will receive a notification explaining why. Common reasons include insufficient company information or not meeting our B2B tourism professional criteria. You are welcome to reapply with updated information.
